Verdict

Choose the responsibility model before the product.

  • Choose COACHY when hosted delivery and a smaller infrastructure surface justify the higher subscription.
  • Pause on DigiMember because its official product, order, support, and affiliate pages returned a 503 maintenance response on August 19, 2026.
  • Choose neither yet when the course offer, learner path, or support process has not been validated.

COACHY: pay to reduce the infrastructure surface

Premium publishes the basic course-delivery path in one hosted product: member area, course media and files, sequential release, basic statistics, a COACHY subdomain, simple landing pages, and autoresponder connections. Unlimited members and storage make learner count less likely to be the first stated boundary; the included one-course limit is more immediate.

Deluxe was listed at €78 monthly or €65 equivalent with €780 billed annually and added five included courses, 50 automations, five staff accesses, a more capable landing-page builder, tests, certificates, upsells, an own domain, and Zapier or Make connections. That tier is not automatically better for a consultant with one unvalidated course.

DigiMember: own more, operate more

The August 12 snapshot described a WordPress membership plugin with protected content, timed release, payment and email integrations, and a limited free path. Those capabilities are not a current recommendation because the official pages were unavailable at the August 19 recheck.

Do not purchase from an old checkout, activate a saved affiliate link, or deploy it for a client until the vendor site, support boundary, requirements, changelog, and native Digistore24 partnership are live. If it returns, add hosting, backups, staging, transactional email, hardening, compatibility tests, and restore time before comparing the full cost with COACHY.

Run the same acceptance test

  1. Create a two-module staging course and one test learner.
  2. Confirm signup or purchase grants only the intended content.
  3. Trigger a scheduled release, password reset, and service email.
  4. Record completion and export the learner and content data you need.
  5. Simulate cancellation, refund, or failed payment and verify access removal.
  6. For WordPress, update the plugin stack in staging and restore from backup.
  7. Price 12 months of cash plus the admin time measured in the test.

Bottom line

COACHY is the cleaner shortlist when the consultant wants the vendor to own more of the delivery platform. DigiMember is not a current shortlist while its official pages are unavailable. If it returns, compare the responsibility model—not an old price screenshot—and test who handles the next failed update, export, or login.

Frequently asked questions

Can I currently compare COACHY and DigiMember prices?

Not reliably. COACHY Premium was listed at €42 monthly, but DigiMember’s official product, order, support, and affiliate pages returned a 503 maintenance response on August 19, 2026. Treat its earlier price as stale and wait for a live checkout.

Should I choose DigiMember while its site is unavailable?

No. Wait until the vendor site, current requirements, support policy, changelog, checkout, and partner program can all be verified. A saved sales page or an old comparison is not enough for a production membership system.

Can COACHY use my own domain?

COACHY’s pricing page placed connection of an own domain on Deluxe and above, with a listed one-time setup fee. Premium includes a branded COACHY subdomain. Confirm the current boundary before buying.

Which is better for one course?

COACHY Premium is the only currently verifiable named option on this page. A generic self-hosted WordPress path can still fit when ownership outweighs the operational burden, but DigiMember should not be shortlisted until its official pages return.

Were both products tested for this comparison?

No. This page compares vendor documentation. Run enrollment, access, payment-failure, cancellation, email, export, update, and recovery tests with your own staging workflow before committing.
